A delicious and surprisingly healthy treat perfect for a quick breakfast, a snack on-the-go, or a great addition to any lunch!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats (old fashioned)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or substitute)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
