Arm Ball’s primary objective is to throw the ball at the front wall making it difficult for the other player (opponent) to catch and hurl the ball back. Arm Ball is both an indoor and outdoor game. The game is played against a wall either on a racquetball court or on a handball court. It can also be played inside a park where there are walls.
