Colored Icing (Pink)

Madeleine Cookies, Vanilla Wafers, or Sandwich Cookies

Sandwich Bag or Decorating Bag

  1. Place icing in a sandwich bag or decorating bag. If using a sandwich bag, cut a tiny triangle out of the corner of the bag. Use a medium star attachment if using a decorating bag.
  2. Lay out your cookies on a tray, in pairs (top and bottom). If using a sandwich cookie, separate the top from the bottom and lay them on a tray. Pipe the icing onto to bottom cookies.
  3. Place a pearl candy in the center of the icing at the edge, and then place a cookie on top at an angle so you can see the pearl. Then you're done!
