Directions:

  1. Make your statue base. Fill a water bottle half way with water, so it’s heavy. Blow up your balloon and tape it to the top of the water bottle.
  2. Make arms out of the wire and wrap it around the water bottle right below the balloon.
  3. Measure your cheese cloth to fully cover the statue base. Place it over the base to form the ghost figure you want.
  4. In a bowl, mix together modge podge glue and water to create a thick, watery consistency. Place the mixture in a spray bottle or apply with a paintbrush.
  5. Place a thick coat of the mixture over the cheese cloth, especially the base. Let it dry over night.
  6. After 24-hours, pop the balloon, peel off the base, and the cloth will stand on its own. For decoration, add glitter, eyes, a face, ribbon, (pretty much anything you want) to personalize your little ghost. Then your done!
