Directions:

  1. Mix together 1 1/2 Cup sand, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, and pink glitter. This will be your first color.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tsp. of dish soap, 1 Tbsp. water and 1-2 drops of red food dye.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet, to get the consistency of beach sand that sticks together. This is your pink layer of kinetic sand. If the texture is too dry then add a little more water.
  4. Repeat the steps for each color (blue, green, yellow and purple).
  5. Once all the colors are kneaded, place them all into one big bucket and you will have a unicorn rainbow bucket of kinetic sand.

That’s it! Have fun squishing and molding!

Tip: Preserve the sand for up to 3-4 weeks in an airlock container or plastic bag. Add water to it each time you use it to make it last longer.
