Rainbow Rice Krispies

These rainbow Rice Krispie treats are bright and fun, everyone will love them. The no bake recipe is so simple and take 15 minutes to make. They are a perfect alternative to cupcakes!

Materials:

1 10 oz Bag Marshmallows

3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

3 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal

3 Cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal

(25 Servings - 75 Calories Per Square)

(Time: 15-20 Minutes)

Directions:

  1. Butter a 9 X 9 baking dish.
  2. Place 3 Tbsp of butter and a 10 oz bag of marshmallows in a bowl.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds (stir halfway through to prevent over cooking).
  4. Pour in 3 Cups of each cereal and stir until cereal is fully coated.
  5. Pour mixture into greased pan and let sit until hardened. Cut 5 x 5 to yield 25 squares. Then you’re ready to serve!

Tip: Mix the 3 cups of each cereal together in a separate bowl before you microwave the marshmallow for easier distribution of rainbow colors!
